Wow and we thought that 4 months was bad for the motivation log... it's almost been 7 since the last post....
quickie post before work..
my goals for this week...
- Gym atleast 3 times
- Water aerobics once
- Yoga - monday night
- start eating healthier
- drink 64 oz of water each day (yes crystal light will count)
- eat atleast 3 meals each day and 2 snacks.
- take down xmas tree
- clean apt tuesday and wednesday
that's not too much to ask...
Will keep updating as time progresses!
